Café La Jefa is that hidden gem in Palm Springs you need to check out! I shared my full experience on my Instagram @HiddenGemsLosAngeles, and let me tell you it was a total vibe from start to finish. I ordered their medium roast, and it was absolutely perfect smooth, flavorful, and exactly what I needed to kick off the day. The decor is stunning too super aesthetic, modern, and cozy, perfect for a coffee break or content creation. Huge shoutout to the staff amazing customer service, super friendly, and they really make you feel welcome. Love discovering places like this where the energy, coffee, and design all come together. Highly recommend!

Cute atmosphere. Insta opportunities. Seems to be a younger crowd. Definitly a cafe vibe. Coffee may be on the lighter side for many that are entrenched in a jet fuel-like coffee routine.

Always a great experience because of their outdoor dining area which is perfect for a 80 degree day in Palm Springs. Plenty of wonderful people watching that can be done here. Another thing..., if you have a delayed flight .. Cafe La Jefa is the perfect place to sit it out as there is plenty of activity going on all the time... Food is delicious ... unlike the airport choices. Drinks are fantastic too And above all... service is impeccable

Hot Matcha latte . I am always searching for a decent Matcha drink. We found the spot. If you're in Palm Springs and looking for a cozy café with a fantastic breakfast burrito, delicious pastries, or (for me) ceremonial matcha done right--this is the spot! The ambiance is charming, the service is warm and welcoming, and the quality of ingredients shines in every bite and sip. Whether you're craving something savory or sweet, they have it all. Highly recommend stopping by for a relaxed, feel-good start to your day!

We visited Café La Jefa for breakfast because it seemed like the spot to go in downtown Palm Springs. We definitely beat the morning rush, but it was still pretty busy, with a long line to order at the counter. The interior was cute, with lots of natural light, pops of pink, and nice lighting fixtures. I ended up getting two drinks - the Cardamom Cold Foam Matcha & Cafe Olla Cold Brew. For food, I got the Breakfast Sandwich and substituted avocado for the bacon. We then found a seat on the large (dog-friendly) patio, which had a pleasant ambiance - plants, pink flowers, string lights, etc. Service wasn't the fastest, but that was understandable given how busy they were. Out of my two drinks, the Cardamom Cold Foam Matcha was easily the winner. The flavors went together great and the level of sweetness was perfect. The Cafe Olla Cold Brew didn't have much of a flavor, but it was strong. Overall, my friends had mixed opinions on their beverages. For example, the iced Biscoff Latte was strangely not sweet. I did enjoy my Breakfast Sandwich though, especially the soft brioche bun. I also liked that the cafe was connected to a bunch of cute shops, which were nice to explore after our meal. Would probably return to try more!

This place is so cute. Love the vibes. We stopped by for some coffee. A few of my friends got the mushroom coffee and loved it. I got the chai and it was so creamy and delicious. We happened to just stumble on this coffee shop but I recommend making it an on purpose part of your day!

This is such a cute cafe that bright is to Palm Spring from Idyllwild. The outdoor seatings are a vibe in its own. They have different drinks for latte and espresso lovers. It's connected to a couple art stores in the same entrance of the plaza. This cafe is also among many vintage stores where you can take a nice stroll to enjoy the beauty of this town! Top- Late winter and spring time should be the perfect weather to visit this town. Not too hot out too cold. You're welcome ;)
